About Your PIN
Members can access their account details on-line using our site’s secure Members’ Section. Access to the Members’ Section requires a unique PIN number which can be obtained from the Credit Union office.
What’s in the Members’ Area?
The Members’ Area allows members to view their current Account Balances as well as their recent Transactions.
Additionally they can:
- Request or download Loan Application and other forms
- Submit a Loan Application on-line
- Use the on-line Loan Calculator as a guide to loan repayments
What do I need to view the Members’ Area?
In order to ensure your security while browsing our site we would recommend that you should have at least Internet Explorer 5.5 (Service Pack 2) for Windows or Internet Explorer 5.0 for Mac. You can download the latest Windows version here or the Mac version here
Getting your PIN number
You can apply for your PIN number using the on-line request form. Simply complete the form and submit it. Your details will be verified and your PIN number forwarded to you, provided you have previously borrowed from us. For security purposes your PIN number will be forwarded by post to your home address. Alternatively, you may pick up your PIN at Reception in our building by presenting your passbook. Members who have not previously borrowed from us may be asked for photographic identification.
